What is a Divapreneur?

What is a divapreneur anyway?

My friend, Leesa Barnes has started a new network called Ryze Divapreneurs At Work is
http://daw-network.ryze.com/ She asked us to define a divapreneur. Now it is the prolific article writer that I am, I could not answer this question without writing an article on it. Sit back and become
divafied!

First Divapreneur is a combination of words and diva entrepreneurs. To define divapreneur
we must first define star and entrepreneur. To do this I went to Wikipedia.

This is what I found out from Wikipedia:
Most widely used definition of diva

A Diva was originally a famous female opera singer, but now usually refers to a popular female performer of non-operas.
The term comes from an Italian word meaning "goddess", which in turn derives from the feminine form of a star Latin word, meaning "divine."
This definition has been found on the following page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diva

I felt like the distinction of being a talented singer left out some non-musical ladies so I decided to use this definition of a diva, instead:
# In current usage among the younger generations, the diva term is used to describe a woman of talent and confidence. This definition has been found on the next page.

Now is the time to define entrepreneur, the second part of this word. This definition also comes from Wikipedia.
Entrepreneur
Entrepreneur is a loanword from French language that refers to a person who undertakes and operates a new venture,
and assumes no responsibility for the risks involved.

Entrepreneurs often have strong beliefs about a market opportunity and are willing to accept a high level of personal risk, or financial professional to pursue this opportunity.

So a divapreneur is therefore a woman of talent and self-confident, who undertakes and operates a new venture,
and assumes no responsibility for the risks involved.

Well, I guess that makes me a divapreneur. Like you? ......
