Condensing boilers and low NOx
Ran out of hot water and no heating at home and want a change of boiler, as for my part I would recommend or advise for you to choose either a condensing boiler.
Condensing Boilers
The condensing boiler is a device that produces hot water at low temperature 40-60 ° C, with high performance and low emissions of CO2 and NOx.
The concept of condensation is very simple, unlike conventional boilers that allow gas to flow freely escape into the atmosphere full of heat and emissions, using condensing boilers use this heat for transmitting the water circuit hot (DHW) and heating.
Condensation not only significantly increases the efficiency of the boiler, but reduces greenhouse gas emissions to negligible levels.
The performance of these boilers is to be above 100% (measured in traditional conditions on the lower heating value), which can be shocking, but true. On gross calorific value (taking into account the latent heat of water) is, of course, less than 100% yield on a 98%, compared to 70-80% of conventional ones.
Installation
Condensing boilers pass gas fireplace burned a polybutylene which is integrated with the boiler, so we must conduct this fire directly into the street, because we can not take advantage of its conventional boiler damaged. And it should be noted that this type of boilers need a drain for evacuating condensates.
Low NOx Boilers
Low NOx boilers prevent nitrogen oxides already formed and dissolved in the fumes can combine with water vapor in the atmosphere, becoming nitric acid. This nitric acid in the atmosphere can precipitate as acid rain detrimental to life on earth.
Installation
Unlike condensing boilers, low NOx boilers do not need to drain condensate drainage by making the replacement of the boiler faster.
Boiler offers.
